Biomune Introduces New Low Volume Dose for Layermune® SE and Layermune® 3

LENEXA, KS----- Biomune Company, producer of Layermune® SE and Layermune® 3, has announced a new low volume 0.25 ml dose for the vaccines. The new dose will offer identical immunological response experienced with the previous 0.5ml dose. Layermune® SE, introduced to the industry in 1991, is the world’s first Salmonella enteritidis vaccine for poultry. Layermune® 3 combines inactivated Newcastle disease and infectious bronchitis viruses with Salmonella enteritidis to offer three-in-one convenience.

The vaccines are available in 500 ml bottles. Each bottle will vaccinate 2,000 chickens.
