Circomune® W Approved For Use in 1-week old Broilers

Lenexa, KS--- Circomune W vaccine from Biomune has received approval for drinking water administration to young chickens including broilers at one week of age or older as an aid in the prevention of chicken infectious anemia virus (CIAV). It is the only CIAV vaccine approved by the USDA for use in one week-old broilers.

The vaccine can also be used for drinking water administration in breeder chickens 9 to 12 weeks of age to provide maternal antibodies to progeny.

Vaccination of the flock with Circomune W is designed for protection of at-risk broiler chickens that are susceptible to chicken infectious anemia virus infection. Circomune W is safe for use in broilers at 7 days of age or older and will not seed the premises with virus.

For more information on Circomune W ask your Biomune representative or call (800) 846-0230.
