Biomune Expands Production Facilities
Lenexa,
KS—Biomune Company recently announced an expanded production facility
which will significantly increase the company’s production capacity.
“We are very pleased to begin occupying the new building which is
located just across the street from our original facility”, according
to Ron Plylar, Biomune president. “The new building will significantly
increase recombinant vaccine production capacity and add considerable
supplemental production to our Biomune Lenexa campus” he added.
The new facility will give Biomune increased production capacity to keep
pace with growing worldwide demand for the company’s vaccines. Construction
on the new production facility will continue throughout 2004.
The new facility will boost output of all product lines and is expected
to help position the Biomune Company as a worldwide leader in innovative
poultry vaccine development and production.
